Job Description:
> Responsible for employee recruitment, handle the registration for recruitment and cancellation in local government
> Responsible for the monthly salary calculating, issue the payment requirement to the finance
> Responsible for arranging the signatures for the individual contracts and administrate the individual contracts
> Responsible for management for the individual documents
> Responsible for the record of all kinds of holidays, collect all needed information and issue the payment
> Responsible for calculating, adjusting and changing the pension, medical insurance, unemployment fee, housing fund, etc
> Responsible for establish the detailed regulations for the employee handbook; implement it after the approval by the GM
> Responsible for the total administration of the employee training, assist the department manager to establish the employee training plan, implement it after approval
Job Requirement:
> Bachelor's degree or above, major in HR, English, Business Administration or other related
> Good command of both oral and written English
> Knowledge in ERP systems, SAP and Ms Office is a plus
