Job Description：
> Handle tier 1 customer orders, follow-up logistics production planning and delivery schedules
> Update daily orders based on sales orders
> Create delivery notes in SAP
> Update forecast planning every month
> Contact to customer in order to get information for finishing the sales forecast report
> Customer relationship maintenance
> Customer invoice recognition, statistics, help salespeople make loan recovery
> Various types of sales reports
> Department documents management
> Fulfill other tasks arranged by superiors
Job Requirement：
> Bachelor's degree or above, major in Economics, English, Logistics, Marketing, Service, Psychology or other related
> MS office proficiency, Excel proficiency, SAP mandatory
> Good command of both oral and written English
> Team spirit, good communication skills and negotiation skills
> Good digital analysis skills and stress resistance
