Job Description：
> Involve in the definition of the production process and equipment selection
> Responsible for the related preparation work of new project before SOP, including equipment & tool installation and debugging, technical documents, cycle time measurement & improvement as well as mass production
> Lead continuous improvement on related production line, responsible for process files updating in a timely manner, including (but not limited to) EHS, quality, OEE, employee labor efficiency
> Manage professional knowledge and skills of setters, and to develop targeted training plan and make implementation
> Coordinate work of production department with IE, Quality, Maintenance, and Launch Department to ensure production smoothly

Job Requirement：
> Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive, Mold Design
> Collaboration ability
> Problems analysis and solving skills
> Quality knowledge and the basic quality tools application
> Strong subjective initiative
> Plan and organization ability
