岗位职责:
1.Reporting
· Use reporting tool and do continuous improvement
· Monthly DX transportation expense split to SGA and BME.
· Use logistics expense tracking tool, provide monthly analysis for logistics expense vs. budget
· Value chain for product traceability research
2.Admin part
· All the vendor payment application and accrual follow up
· Translation draft
· Month end reporting:
1. Month invoice follow up and month end accrual
2. Month end finance input VAT report
3. Freight insurance report/month
4. Routine SC related document management
5. Importation tracking data entry
3.Requirements
· Good computer skills (Must good at Excel)
· Good in written and oral English
· Good data sense, logical sense
任职资格:
1、每周至少3天,持续6个月及以上,尽快入职
2、大三、研一、研二优先考虑
3、工作稳定,踏实、仔细、耐心、负责!
4、熟练掌握excel,有较强的数据分析整理能力
5、无留用机会,应届生勿投
