Position Title: [DATA & DEVICES] Mechanical Engineer
Location – City and Country: Qingdao, China

Primary Responsibilities:
Set up the WI and PFMEA for new product.                             
Update the WI and PFMEA per the request of customer audit or quality improvement or EC etc.                                                                              
Training for operator & technician as request.
Modify the tooling per the request of customer or quality improvement or EC or efficiency improvement etc.                                                          
Complete and release the revised tooling drawing for EC and improvement request.
Completed tooling conditioning for the projects transferred and improvement actions in the mass production.
Work with QE and Production to revise relative documents (WI & PFMEA etc.) for customer audit and to find the root cause and correct action for customer complaint.
High skill for trouble-shooting to support production.

Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:
Technical proficiency in Microsoft office suite, CAD package(s) (Pro/Engineer, AutoCAD).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Positive attitude, initiative, creativity.
Analytical and problem solving abilities.
Accountability.

Educational Required/Desired:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering major
