Position Title: [DATA & DEVICES] Manufacturing Engineer (Molding or Plating)
Location – City and Country: Foshan, China

Primary Responsibilities(Plating):
-Prepare and release plating production work instruction
-Follow up and monitor plating chemical and process running and maintain it in good situation;
-Stipulate and monitor rework process for defect products;
-Facilitate production running in compliance with work instruction and specification;
-Solve problems happen in plating production which caused by chemicals and process;
-Evaluate new plating technology and develop new chemical and process.
-Coordinate with production and QE to prepare plating engineering sample.            

Primary Responsibilities(Molding):
-Set up the new mold and follow up FAA process for New project;
-Set the work instruction(WI) and monitor the process setting;
-Optimize process parameter;
-Find out and solve the possible problem;
-Evaluate and drive improvement plan for quality and efficiency.
-Manage and train the technician;

Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:
-Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Positive attitude, initiative, creativity.
-Analytical and problem solving abilities.
-Good command of spoken and written English.

Educational Required/Desired:
Master degree with major in Mold, Material or Mechanic, Chemistry, Chemicals.
