Position Title: [DATA & DEVICES] Materials Planning Analyst
Location – City and Country: Shanghai, China

Primary Responsibilities:
Capacity Planning
Review and analyze capacity base on backlog and demand forecast with planning supervisor together and suggestion to supervisor for fulfil customer order timely.
Coordinate production line resource for maximize capacity utilization.
Customer Order Management
Execute customer order management procedures and confirm delivery date in standard cycle time for quick response to customer order.
Settle order delivery expedite request and keep smooth communication with demand team and internal/external customers to fulfil customer demand timely and quick action to demand change.
Production Scheduling
Make production planning/schedule and follow production department implementation. Collect failure on production schedule and take improvement action to fulfil customer order timely and quick action to unexpected issues.
Raise suggestion to manager/supervisor to make continuous process improvement.
Keep smooth communication with production department to build up smooth information channel.
Material Requirement Planning & Fulfilment
Make material requirement planning and follow up, quick action on material quality issue & shortage to fulfil production requirements.
Follow delivery process to meet customers' request.
Execute inventory control process to achieve inventory day goals.
Check SAP data and keep it updated to be in line with real needs.

Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:
Accountable, Customer focus, Good communication skills, Self-motivated
Stress free English communications additionally to local language (read/write/speak/listen).
Good skill in Microsoft Office 2000

Educational Required/Desired:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, English major
