    Position Title: Plating Engineer
    Location – City and Country: Qingdao, China
    Primary Responsibilities:
    1. Set up and update WI for plating process;
    2. Responsible for Trouble shooting;
    3. Provide the training for the technicians and operators;
    4. Improve existing process to increase quality and yield;
    5. Create and maintain the BOM for new product;
    6. Evaluate and develop new processes and chemistries to reduce cost and improve quality;
    7. Conduct the preparation of sample for new project;
    8. Participate in FMEA;
    9. Control precious metal consumption.
    Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:

    Position Title: Chemical Plating Engineer
    Location – City and Country: Qingdao, China
    Primary Responsibilities:
    1. Set up and update the WI and PEMEA for chemical plating process;
    2. Work with NPI team provide good quotation and document (CTAR, DFM……) for new project
    3. Provide the technical support for trouble shooting of key project;
    4. Design and implement the chemical experiments;
    5. Create and maintain the BOM;
    6. Evaluate new chemical and improve process to increase the quality and reduce the cost;
    7. Drive the EC change;
    8. Provide the training for technicians and operators;
    9. Work with QE and other team members solve issue of sample making;
    10. Participate in the Quality issue analysis as a leader.

    Position Title: Mechanical Engineer

    Primary Responsibilities:
    1. Set up the WI and PFMEA for new product；
    2. Update the WI and PFMEA per the request of customer audit or quality improvement or EC etc.;
    3. Training for operator & technician as request;
    4. Modify the tooling per the request of customer or quality improvement or EC or efficiency improvement etc.;
    5. Complete and release the revised tooling drawing for EC and improvement request;
    6. Completed tooling conditioning for the projects transferred and improvement actions in the mass production;
    7. Work with QE and Production to revise relative documents (WI & PFMEA etc.) for customer audit and to find the root cause and correct action for customer complaint.
    8. High skill for trouble-shooting to support production.

    Position Title: Component sourcing Specialist
    Location – City and Country: Qingdao, China
    Primary Responsibilities:
    1. Deploy Global Periodical bidding award & accelerate Region improvement project deployment at local;
    2. Develop Competitive low cost Sourcing, Contract terms with the aegis to TE. Establish Supplier development & selection;
    3. Potential supplier survey, prepare document audit, organize necessary on-site audit, submit SSU application, create vendor, process approval to maintain vendor master, contract/agreement consult;
    4. Approach the quotation and price negotiation results to ensure proper authorization control;
    5. Lead RFQ and terms Negotiation including E-Bidding, QFQ to supplier, and other quotation;
    6. Approach contract within authorized amount to ensure the company’s asset security;

    12. Search for improvement opportunities on Delivery/Quality/Lead time/Localization, generate project, drive continual improvement activities with functional team’s support;
    13. Regular on-site supplier audit or visit;
    14. Review the qualified supplier/vendor list; and coordinate with QA/Material department to organize and lead the annual supplier meetings to improve supplier performance on quality/delivery and service;
    15. Support supplier defective disposal & claim request.
    Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:
     Education:  Bachelor Degree required. Major in Engineering preferred.
     Experience:  3 years’ experience in operations or procurement field preferred.
