Responsibilities:
Build new product FE Model with hexahedron element by Ansys software
New product FE model correlation with test data
Structure/Topo/material optimization on the existing model , give suggestions to the product design
team
Post process the FEA data by Matlab software
Sensitivity analysis for the new product, give suggestions to the product design team
Product FA and root cause finding.
Oversea travel for mechanical related improvement and on-site support.
Requirements:
Master or above in Mechanics, relevant courses on: mechanical design, mechanical dynamics.
Good understanding of mechanical vibration, FEM, theoretical mechanics, material mechanics.
Knowledge/experience with Ansys and matlab software
Experiences of Solid works is preferred
Experiences of EM analysis, thermodynamic analysis are preferred
Strong self-motivated problem solving attitude
Good team player, highly motivated and possessing a sense of urgency, capable of working
independently
Good written and verbal communication skills
