Responsibilities:
Product (precision testing unit) and/or automation testing equipment development
Responsible for the design and modeling of product and advanced magnetic recording head devices
Develop advanced modeling capability for magnetic recording head design
Enable fast & accurate modeling feedback with vast amount of modeling data through parallel computation & experimental calibrations
Closely interface with other read head function teams such as process, integration and program team for recording head optimization
Provide timely & accurate modeling feedback on advanced recording head design
Requirements:
M.S. degree or above in Material, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or closely related fields
Strong background in both mathematics/computation skill and computer programing skill
Demonstrated technical expertise in physics simulations using analytical and/or numerical modeling
Experience with magnetic devices, recording head design and magnetic recording technology is pro
Self-motivation / cross function teamwork
Work with English
