SF consulting handles the most difficult problems related to improving SF competitiveness and in particular SF Express digital transformation. This includes not only diagnose and propose answers to problems, but also drive through the implementation. This is augmented by the design and implementation of new value propositions that create new products leveraging the latest digital technologies and SF physical networks and assets.
Consultants need to be trained not only on problem solving and business frameworks, but also on the specifics of SF business and how it operates. The underlying premise is that as consultants work in addressing SF key challenges, they will acquire problem solving skills, the understanding of SF business as well as the world’s cutting-edge technologies.

OPEN POSITION
ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT, based in SHENZHEN
QUALIFICATIONS
n 2018 MS and PhD graduates majoring in Science & Engineering, or Finance & Management with strong mathematical skills;
n Outstanding records of academic and managerial or professional achievement;
n Passionate about technology trend and digital transformation;
n Use active and critical inquiring to understand thoughts, ideas and implications;
n Break down problems into components and statistic data that explain current, past and future behavior;
n Build mathematical formal modeling of activities and market behavior;
n Simplify any ideas by eliminating components and rearranging into a new / simpler idea(s);
n Influence others through non-coercive means to work towards the achievement of specific goals.
