岗位职责：

Job Descriptions:

1.负责公司房源的开发和积累工作，并建立与业主的良好工作协作关系

Collecting house resources and establishing good relationships with owners

2.进行公司客户资源的开发和维护工作，为客户提供专业的信息咨询服务

Providing professional consultant service and concentrating on the work of developing new customers and maintaining the relationships

3.了解客户需求，陪同客户看房，进行谈判，促成成交

Acquiring customers needs, showing apartment, negotiation, making deals

4.负责房屋交接工作和后续客户维护工作

In Charge of apartment handover details and afterwards relationship maintenance

岗位要求：

Requirements:

1.22-30周岁，性格开朗，热爱销售工作，能吃苦

Age from 22 to 30 years old, outgoing,love sales job, and hard worker needed

2.可以熟练应用英文与人交流，大学英语4级以上（非必要条件，可熟练使用英文对话即可）

Can communicate with customers with fluent English, Over CET-4 (Not a necessary condition if you are able to use English very well)

3.喜欢与人打交道，有一定的沟通能力和应变能力

Love to get along with people, good communication skill and adaptability

4.诚实守信，能应对一定的工作压力，积极向上

Honest and faithful, can cope with pressure well, positive attitude

职位细则：

Details:

1.试用期基本工资，2500-3000元/月，转正后基本工资 3000-4000（经理级别除外）

Basic salary during the internship, 2500-3000 Yuan/month, 3000-4000 Yuan/month for official employee( except the manager level)

2.业绩提成20%起 奖金

Incentive: starting from 20% of the total performance and with extra bonus

3.工作时间：周一至周六  早上9点至下午18点

Working time: 9am to 18 pm from Monday to Saturday
