岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
- 基于电磁兼容优化及电场仿真的产品设计;
Product design based on EMC optimization and electrical field simulation;
- 从电磁兼容及优化的角度,与其他团队成员(包括:项目经理,设计工程师,材料工程和工艺工程师)一起推动项目的成功运作;
Work closely with other team members includes Project Leader, Designer, Material Engineer, Process Engineer to drive successful project delivery to meeting timing, cost and quality from EMC perspective and improve product EMC behavior;
- 与全球电子团队一起定义电磁兼容的设计概念,分析和仿真电场失效模型;
Work together with global electrical team, define EMC design concept, analyze and simulate electrical failure model;
- 与材料和工艺工程师一起研究高压抗电设备的机理,以及与陶瓷击穿之间的因果关系;
Work together with Material Engineer and Process Engineer to understand high voltage test bench mechanism, and cause-effect relationship with ceramic puncture;
- 主导与电学有关的技术项目。
Leading electrical related technical project.
岗位要求Job Requirements:
- 电子、电气类相关专业,硕士及以上;
Min. master degree with electrical engineering background or equivalent;
- 具有电学仿真相关经验,并熟练运用ANSYS软件;
Electrical simulation experience during study or working, proficient in use of ANSYS;
- 了解结构设计及电磁兼容基本原理;
Understand mechanical design and EMC principle;
- 具有熟练的英语沟通能力;
Proficient English with good communication ability;
- 自我激励,以及良好的沟通和团队精神。
Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit.
