This is a 3.5-year graduate program with three placements, providing early career development opportunities for high potential young graduates to accumulate cross BU knowledge/skills to be future leaders. Role Synopsis
The Finance Analyst has strong focus on implementing continuous improvement to ensure efficiency and process optimization. This role typically supports the Transformation Manager on project management within Lubes Finance transformation agenda and make sure it aligns with finance functional strategy and business strategy. This role is also responsible for supporting the analysis of cash management programme within China Lubes to align with treasury strategy and ensure the cash efficiency. In addition, this role will support line manager and Finance China & Taiwan Director to build up safety culture and fulfil people agenda for Finance China & Taiwan Team.
The post holder will be in contact with various business stakeholders, including followings, Finance team, Shared Services, Business and functions.
Role and Responsibilities:
?Project Management. Support projects within Lubes Finance transformation agenda. Involve in business case study, economic model preparation and continuous improvement. Ensure all projects comply with CVP, EEM and GIAAP standards.
?Cash Management. Drive the working capital improvement based on business agenda and cash management programme in China. Interact closely with Treasury and other stakeholders on tracking of cash and banking efficiency.
?People. Support team activities on safety, team building, people capability and talent development, and effective collaboration with other functions.

Requirements
?The incumbent needs to hold a recognized business degree.
?An internationally recognized professional qualification is an advantage.
?Experience working within a multi-national preferred.
?Knowledge of JDE, internal controls and process improvement experience are added advantages.
?Cross team and cross culture communication.
