Responsibility/Duty工作职责
Complete the training program
完成培训项目
Be familiar with daily operation individually, and solve emergency quickly
熟悉日常运营，能够独立操作，迅速解决紧急情况
Coordinate with departments and lead shift staff to run plant normally
协调部门人员关系，领导班组人员运营工厂正常生产
Know operation process well and related equipment working principle
深入了解运营程序，了解工厂机械设备工作原理
Know related calculation and analysis，develop to be engineer in 2 years
懂得生产相关计算及分析，2年内完成从培训生到工程师的转型
Be familiar with EHS and food safety,complete Near Miss report and STOP card
熟悉EHS及食品安全知识，会写Near Miss报告和STOP卡
Submit MOC individually and track related work
独立填写MOC并完成跟踪工作
Adapt to shift work
能够适应倒班生活
Essential Position Requirements基本职位要求
良好的英语听、说、读、写能力及Office，Auto CAD软件应用能力
思维活跃，较强的动手能力及有良好的学习能力；良好的团队合作及自我激励；
愿意服从因工作需要的工作地点调动
Education, Experience,Skills教育背景，工作经验，专业技能
Bachelor degree and above in fat, chemical or food science and technology
油脂、化工或食品科学专业本科或以上学历
This year’s graduates or about 1 year working experience.
应届毕业生或一年左右工作经验
