Responsibility/Duty工作职责：
35% Contract execution roles, in the 1st year when joined the conapny, the person need work in contract execution team for deep understanding the business operations
-Learn the business through working in contract execution team by dedicated position of assigned business category and customers.
-Support contract execution supervisor to develop and optimize the working process to improve CE efficiency
-Data analysis and apply for business operations management in CE
-Prepare the CE monthly summary reports as primary management skill building up.
30% Logistics and transportation roles, in the 2nd year of joining the company, the person need have the experience in logistics and transportation.
-Start from the transportation assistant to understand the operations in this area and learn how to get the right contacts with the sevice vendors, understaning sourcing ,logistics planning and inbound/outbound operations
-Operate the transportation as assigned mode and routes.
-Use the freight costs structure model to benchmark our transportation effectiveness and competitiveness
-Working as plant warehouse supervisor assistant to understand warehouse operations and management, understand the working flow of raw materials procuremtent and receiving
-Understand deep in Cargill satefy policy and management through the warehouse experience 
30% Planning and customer service roles
-Apply analytics and supply chain expertise to meet oil target inventory and service level goals while minimizing costs and obsolescence.
-Daily monitor and collaborate with planner, procurement, CE, FSQR and W&L for crude oil shipment/tank schedule, make sure oil can smoothly fufil production needs.
-Deliver oil supply status, stock level, purchase order reports and other analyses as needed.  Provide data-driven decision support to the broader organization through what-if and scenario planning (as examples).
-Initiate the cutomer solutions from oveall planning and supply perspevtive as knowing of serving customers better.

10% Supply Chain Projects and Assignments
-Assessment/development/upgrade of scheduling and planning tools fit for our needs.
-Optimization of supply chain operations processes and other common cross-functional work processes
-Many participate in other assignments identified for better meeting future supply chain operations, or needed for individual development purpose.

Education 教育背景：
-Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, finance, statistics,  or equivalent relevant business administration major subjects.
-Fluent in Mandarin  and good level of English (verbal and written), CET-6
