工作职责  RESPONSIBILITIES:

- This position will rotate between different departments (Supply Chain Management, Production etc.) as part of this development.
该岗位会在不同部门间轮岗（供应链管理、生产等）而作为发展的一部分；
- Ensure that the production meets the requirements of the government authorities and that all safety procedures are followed by the operators and third party employees

- Supports the execution of the production plan (e.g. helps to verify that raw & auxiliary materials, manpower, and plant equipment are available)
为生产计划的实施提供支持（如，检验原材料及辅助材料，确保人力和工厂机器是完好的）；
- Co-operate with the technical department in projects for process-improvement and plant maintenance
与技术部门就项目流程改进及工厂维护进行合作；
- Takes over responsibilities for projects of process and quality-improvement
负责项目流程及质量改进；
- Participates in teams to improve product-quality; determine root causes of incidents; implement improvements (technical and/or chemical); helps to measure and assess the outcome of these initiatives, action plans, or improvements
与团队合作改进产品质量；分析事故的根本原因；执行改进计划（技术及/或专业上）；测量并评估这些行动计划或改进的结果；
- Monitors the process to ensure the economical use of raw materials, energy, equipment etc. through use of tools.
通过使用工具监控原材料，能源，设备等的使用流程，确保合理利用。

职位要求  REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Technical or Scientific related Field
大学本科或研究生学历，工程、技术或科学相关专业
- Good English skills
英语良好；
