Job Description:

1. products quality control, create and optimize the control plan

产品的过程质量控制,控制计划的编制及优化

2. Products quality analyze from ICP & ICM+,take recrective action and preventive action, write 8D report. 

处置用户和内部的投诉,进行质量分析并采取纠正预防措施,填写8D报告

3. Process audit and assembly/production release of new project .

新项目的过程审核和装配释放

4. Organization products quality improvement, such as Q-Club, QVP.

组织产品的质量改进,例如Q-Club, QVP

5. Implement the SPC in the production process

在生产过程中实施统计过程控制

6. Participate in new project, support SQE create suitable incoming inspection plan, frequent.

支持进料检验工程师编制进料检验计划

7. Support and communicate with Process Quality Control Team Leader to improvement process control, frequent

工作中支持并沟通协调过程质量监控组长,改进过程质量

8. communicate with SQE on incoming parts quality issue, continuous

对于采购物料的质量问题与SQE沟通

9. Communicate with purchasing, optimize incoming inspection plan, occasional

支持测量工程师建立SPC站

Requirements：

1. Bachelor's degree ,major in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering

本科,机械或机电一体化专业

2. Familiar with mechanical knowledge. 

熟悉机械专业知识

3. skilled in use of Office software 

能熟练使用办公软件

4. Have a good command of English in listening,speaking,reading and writing.

有英语听说读写能力

5. Having good communication skill and teamwork  spirit

良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神

6. Know the basic theory and method of quality management. 

具有质量管理和质量方法基本知识

7. Has experience of Problem-solving

具有问题解决的经验

8. Know the basic theory and method of quality management such as ISO9001 and ISO16949.
