Responsibility: 职责:

1. Assist Merchandiser to follow up sample/orders independently from development to hand over an order.

协助业务员跟踪样衣及订单，从开发到交货

2. Translate measurement chart, comments from customer and so on.

翻译尺寸表、客户意见等

3. Keeping all agreements with customers

遵守与客户的所有协议

4. Control that running orders follow the schedule

根据计划表控制正在进行的订单

5. When the order comes in, check all details carefully, including sample dates and ETD.

接单时，仔细检查所有的细节，包括样品日期和预计交货期

6. If any problem let the salesperson know immediately

如有任何问题,请马上告知销售人员

7. All daily correspondence with the customer including any problems which might come up during production, i.e. late samples, pushing for reply for sent samples / lab dips, delay of shipments and others. Pls. be aware every time we ask our customer for changes as compared to what was agreed, we take time from our customers.

Requirement: 要求：

1. College degree or above, university student or graduates will be OK

大专以上学历，在读学生或应届生均可；

2. Good English skills in oral, writing and reading

良好的英语听说读写能力；

3. It is preferred to be with experience as merchandiser in Garment industry

有服装业务跟单工作经验者优先考虑

4. Good skill at office software, especially for Excel.

熟练使用办公软件，尤其是Excel；

5. Careful, serious and responsible, strong ability of learning, text writing, communication and language.

工作细致、认真、有责任心，较强的学习能力、文字撰写能力、沟通协调以及语言表达能力。

6. Like work with People and Fashion.
