JOB DESCRIPTION

Department: Management Consulting

Job Title: Analyst

General Statement of Responsibilities: The Analyst will be dedicated to support management consulting projects in China.

Key responsibilities will include:

? Conduct industry research and analysis

? Interview client‘s customers, competitors, suppliers and employers

? Drive innovation across the company to help identify, analyse, implement and manage new business initiatives Requirements:
? Bachelor‘s or Master‘s degree of top tier school in China, US or EU

? Outstanding analytical, reasoning & presenting skills

? Fluent in both English and Chinese, German will be a plus

? Computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access)

? Hard-working, team-oriented, goal-driven

? Self-motivated, able to work in different projects simultaneously

? A system thinker able to understand and respond to the broad  needs of clients
