江苏建发建设项目咨询有限公司（原江苏省建发工程监理中心）成立于一九九二年，为江苏省建设厅直属国有企业，二OO三年三月完成企业改制。现具有房屋建筑工程监理甲级、市政公用工程监理甲级资质、人防工程监理甲级、工程造价咨询甲级资质、水利水电工程监理乙级、机电安装工程监理乙级资质、工程招标代理乙级资质、测绘丙级资质、工程咨询甲级资质。公司具有工程招投标代理、工程监理、工程测量、标底编制、跟踪审计、决算审核等全过程、全方位为业主进行项目管理服务的能力。
公司在咨询行业内较早通过ISO-9002﹕1994质量体系认证，根据GB/T19001-2008idt ISO9001﹕2008标准的要求，现已建立和贯彻ISO9001﹕2008质量管理体系。
公司目前拥有各类专业技术人员600多人，其中教授级高工15人、高工66人、工程师130人，90%以上人员接受过部、省、市专业培训，拥有注册监理工程师150多人，注册造价工程师28人，注册咨询工程师15人，注册建造师15人。

Jiangsu Jianfa Construction Program Consultation Co., Ltd. (former Jianfa Engineering Project Supervision Company of Jiangsu Province) , a state-owned enterprise of the Department of Construction of Jiangsu Province, was founded in 1992 and finished its restructuring in March, 2003. Now the company is qualified in Level A of Housing Construction Engineering Supervision, Civil Construction Engineering Supervision, and Construction Costs Consultation, in Level B of Water resources and hydropower engineering supervision，Mechanical and electrical installation engineering supervision，Project Bidding Agent, and in Level C of Mapping and Engineering Consultation. The company is capable of providing proprietors various project management services such as being engineering bidding agent, engineering supervision, engineering surveying, pre-tender estimation, audit trailing, final budget reviewing and so on.
The company passed the test of ISO-9002: 1994 quality certification system early compared with other companies in the consultation field, and according to the requirements of the GB/T19001-2008idt ISO9001: 2008 Standard，the company has now established and is perfecting the ISO9001: 2008 quality management system.
The company now has more than 600 various kinds of technicians and researchers, including 15 professor-level senior engineers, 66 senior engineers, and 130 engineers, with 90% of them having received professional training of ministry, province, and city level.
