Job Description：

> Evaluate the degree of Belt damage according to existing failure mode overview
> Detailed RPA (Returned Part Analysis) with Photo documentation
> Analyze detailed RPA Returned Part with complete Documentation and Root cause discussion
- Geometry Check (length, width, height, Belt Profile check)
-  LAB Check (Rest tensile strength, rest adhesion) 
-  Function Check (Noise, CoF of Friction) 
-  Visible damage and evaluation according to existing failure mode catalog
- Photo report to document visible belt damage
> Create RPA Listings and Result diagrams
- Create listings, Result Overview for different customer, engine types
- List typical Failure Modes, Changing of Belt parameter (length, tensile strengthS…) for a special engine application
- Create of excel listings to be able to create diagrams (belt length vs. tested kilometer)
- Document RPA results in existing Internet portal of AOE customer
> RPA documentation in: (Chinese & English Version)
> Support 8D-Report documentation

Job Requirement：
> Bachelor's degree or above, major in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering or other related
> Overall technical knowledge of power transmission systems (Timing Belts, Multirib Belts)
> Technical knowledge of the different failure modes differnet Belt types
> Overall knowledge of belt measurement methods: (length, width, height, Belt Profile, Cof, LAB Data )
> Good command of both oral and written English and idealy Chinese
> Passion for detailed failure mode analysis. Able to document different failure mode with photos
> Good technical understanding, High quality responsibility (Technical education would be good)
