岗位职责：
-协助测评顾问参与人才测评项目，完成项目执行工作；
-根据项目要求进行数据分析、题目开发、测评报告撰写等工作；
-技术资料整理、项目数据统计；
-完成部门经理安排的相关工作。
任职要求：
-本科、研一、研二在校生，心理学、人力资源管理专业优先；
-有人才测评、人力资源相关实习经历者优先；
-主动性强，乐于与人沟通，具备团队协作意识；
-思维逻辑性强，善于快速学习和掌握新知识。
