岗位目标

• Drive continuous improvement of plant reliability and continuous increase maintenance effectiveness by systematic tools.

• Ensure early identification and resolution of reliability issues by monitoring existing programs, historical trends and KPI data.

• Provide engineers across site with tools and techniques for root cause problem solving and maintenance optimization.

主要职责

• Lead Asset Integrity program in site, ensure relevant laws, regulations and company’s HSES standard are being followed.

• Be the technical strategist that advise the Asset manager:

• 1) Establish appropriate preventive maintenance and inspection plans that satisfy regulatory and business needs and stays abreast of changes in AkzoNobel and statutory requirements.

• 2) Ensure that required systems, processes, action tracking and progress overviews are available to monitor and govern adherence to the preventive inspection and maintenance plans.

• 3) Develop the concept of a maintenance plan for the site to ensure reliability and availability of process equipment and site infrastructure.

• Perform root cause analysis by FMEA, RCM, PdM technologies, develop preventative maintenance plans and utilize predictive maintenance techniques to advice on appropriate maintenance planning.

• Make active use and calls in detailed specialist knowledge where relevant from his peer maintenance engineer specialists in the Engineering discipline group or via third party functional advisers.

• Support engineering projects at the site to ensure compliance with asset integrity guidelines, as a key stakeholder for the project team.

• Provide input and data to support new business cases based on process modifications and/or modifications of existing operation.

• Master degree, chemical machinery graduate from a reputed institute.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skill.

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.

• Good analytical and logical thinking.

• Open-minded and proactive working attitude.

• Capability to find solutions/ resources to the problems in a scientific way.
