Job Responsibilities工作职责:

    Support EHS supervisor to define, develop and implement EHS programs or procedures;

    Launch and execute EHS tools (e.g., Risk assessment, SMAT, LOTO, PTW, Loss risk Self-diagnosis, etc);

    Define internal auditing rules and organize regular auditing to ensure day-to-day compliance on production line or construction site;

    Implement Environmental incident/accident investigation and ensure all CARs closed within a timeline;

    Supervise contractor safety, site PPE, special equipment/workers certificates, fire fighting equipment, etc to be full complied with internal procedures or local regulations;

    Implement risk management for new material/equipment, new process introduction.

    Communicate with internal line managers/shift leaders or other interested parties through meetings, events, seminars, promotion boards, etc;

Quality Engineer 质量程师

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

    Cooperate quality supervisor managing daily work and communicate with different department closely, ensure quality control system is implementing well and  to be perfect.

    Be responsible in projection phase’s  quality plan and improvement, managing PD phase’s test plan, measurement plan/control plan/SPC/MSA/Cpk analysis, and taking part in PFMEA risk verification process.

    Be responsible in claim handing from PD to EOP phase. Organizing 8D meeting, identifying root cause, verifying corrective actions to avoiding occurrence to make customer satisfaction.

    organizing quality evaluation regularly for operation process and documents, according to audit result to maintainupdate or modify related documents.

    Manage and train inside and outside quality control operators and train backup.

    Define the 6 months production plan, and check 6 months raw material plan with procurement

    Define the weekly schedule for each work center, and check weekly raw material plan with procurement

    Build the production schedule daily bases to ensure both stock and delivery is safety and under target stock level

    Control daily delivery plan, meet the needs of OEM

    Check all resource and ensure the scheduling is effective( raw material availability with procurement/rack availability with logistics ,etc )

    Capacity review of each line, and batch size analysis

    Monitor the prod physical stock same as the SAP stock

    BOM management in SAP

    SOP,EOP and ECN follow up

Warehouse specialist 仓库专员

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

Warehouse management

    Monitor and control direct raw material, indirect materials, semi-finished goods and finished goods receiving, issuing, and delivery flow, to guarantee a daily scheduled and on time operation

    Monitor the warehouse physical stock same as the SAP stock

    Monitor the FIFOslow movingBlock stock,etc

    Monitor the performance of warehouse, to ensure through external and internal audit

    Assist supervisor to meet the standard forklift of SGSI

    5S management

    Support WCM related work

Packing management

    Monitor the demand of racks in short and mid- term scope regularly, especially follow up the new project rack keep up the SOP schedule

    Packing materials road test and structures validation.

    Maintain packing standard data on WI and system.

    Manage and follow up the pallet delivery and return, to ensure meet production schedule demands

    Manage and follow up the pallet clean and maintenance, to ensure meet internal and external customer's requirements

Purchasing Specialist 采购专员

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

    Market study, potential supplier selection. 

    Coordinate sourcing project activities with sourcing/engineering leader.

    Coordinate and conduct supplier audit for evaluation of capacities and quality systems.

    Supplier communication and negotiations.

    Quotation analysis and comparison.

    Sourcing project follow-up (from inquiry, negotiation, contacting, production, commissioning and delivery), monitor supplier performance.

    Follow up supplier’s after service.

    Ensure a good sourcing administration.

    Release order to the suppliers and follow up the procurement work
