Responsibility/Duty工作职责：
35% -Institute sales plan and follow up execution of delivery plan, production plan and storage plan. 制定销售计划，跟踪运输、生产及库存计划的执行情况
10% -Improve sales forwards work positivity and engagement. 改善促进销售内勤工作
15% -Master data information and bring forward constructive suggestion. 掌握市场数据信息，并提出建设性建议
25% -Establish good cooperation with Sh trading team and customers service, logistics, accounting and production dpt. 和上海贸易团队，当地客服，物流，供应链及生产团队建立良好的合作关系，
15% -Accomplish others work which superior arrange. 完成主管指派的其他任务。
Education 教育背景：
Bachelor and above
Knowledge about agricultural markets.
Skills专业技能：
University undergraduates who have the passion to learn & grow with the organization through on job practice; 本科学历，具备学习的热情，在工作中成长
Strong analytical skills and commercial sense; 具备优秀的分析能力及商业意识
Proven numerical agility;具备数字敏感度
