-依据人事外包服务协议完成项目要求；
-解答客户及员工人事方面的问题，提供政策性咨询服务；
-收集并整理员工录用、社保、离职等相关资料；
-负责办理员工社保申报、缴纳；
-人力资源信息系统的录入与完善。
任职要求：
-人力资源及相关专业本科学历；
-熟悉国家及当地劳动人事法规；
-具有良好的职业道德，能够保守企业人事机密；
-具备良好的沟通能力及服务意识。
