Watts Sunny Seeding Program is part of the global Leadership Rotational Program (LRP) which is a customized learning experience designed for our newest university hires in various full-time roles within the HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Sales and Supply Chain organizations in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa Region. This two-year development experience provides accelerated development for high-potential students. We do this by offering you world-class training, coaching from some of the brightest minds in the industry and a global community of LRP trainees. The content focuses on starting strong, accelerating your impact, building your network and driving your career at Watts.

Who we are looking for:
College or graduate school students that are going to graduate in 2018;
we also accept applications for 2018 summer interns.
Qualifications:

Fluent in both English and Chinese
-
Legally authorized to work permanently (i.e. without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship) in China

Academic achievement (G.P.A 3.2 and above)

Previous internship experience and proven ability to work on multiple projects a plus

Active participation in extracurricular activities and on-campus organizations

Excellent communication skills and work ethics

Watts is a renowned global business with offices and manufacturing facilities in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and North America. Watts entered the Chinese market in 1994 and currently operates two facilities: Watts Water Equipment Manufacturing (Ningbo) Co., Ltd., and Watts (Ningbo) International Trading Co., Ltd., a distribution center. In recent years, Watts has continued to expand its business. In April 2011, Watts successfully completed the acquisition of Danfoss Socla S.A.S and the water-control businesses of its affiliated entities under the control of Danfoss A/S. This has enabled Watts to become a comprehensive supplier to a wide variety of customers.
In December 2014, Watts acquired AERCO International, Inc., and in early 2016, Watts completed the acquisition of a 90% ownership interest in AERCO’s Joint Venture in Korea, with the right to purchase the remaining 10% at a later date. Through these acquisitions, Watts has been able to expand its product breath to the strategically important adjacency of heat and hot water offerings.
In November 2015, Watts completed the acquisition of Apex Valves Limited in New Zealand to further penetrate into the New Zealand and Australian market. By pursuing technology innovation and capital investment, while also focusing on training and developing local talent, Watts Water Technologies, Inc. has formed a solid basis for its long-term growth in the Asia-Pacific region.
