Responsibilities:
With guidance and direction from more experienced members of the team, provide support about survey projects on:
-Conducting job matching
-Collecting and verifying data from clients
-Generating reports for clients
-Other customer support as required
Establish connections with the clients’ HR specialists/supervisors to build up the channel of information exchange.
With guidance and directions from more experienced members of the team, explain survey findings by drawing conclusions from data collected from clients. This requires the incumbent to be familiar with operational processes applied in survey projects to ensure consistency in the approach.
As a project team member, participate in consulting projects by providing analytical support.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree required, major in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, human resources (HR) and/or accounting
-Fluency in English
-Sound C&B knowledge
-Highly motivated with strong team spirit, good interpersonal skill, and a willingness to learn
-Organized and efficient
-Commitment to high quality and timely delivery
-Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Willingness to travel to different cities
