Responsibility/Duty工作职责：
-To grasp and delivery the sale plan and execution, cooperate with cross functions to safisfy customer and provide value service to help customer grow.掌握和学习销售计划的制定及执行，与跨部门同事协作，为客户提供有价值的服务并帮助其成长，提高客户满意度。
-To learn industry/production/produced process and grasp the production/market/customer based knowledge.
-学习行业、产品和生产工艺，掌握产品，市场和客户的基础信息。
-To collect the market informantion relatively, and make analysis to support the decision making of sale plan.
-收集相关市场信息，并加以分析，为销售计划的制定提供依据。 
-To study the cross function working process and policy , such as supply chain / finance/ operation and trading desk.so as to have better intergreted knowledge to lead our business success
-学习各部门，如供应链，财务及生产和交易团队的相关工作流程及政策，以便于有更多的综合知识从而领导业务走向成功。
-Accomplish others work which superior arrange.
-完成主管指派的其他任务。

Education 教育背景：
本科及以上学历。
食品，商贸及销售专业。

Experience 工作经验：
*1－2年工作经验优先，应届毕业生。
*油脂及大宗商品商务相关行业优先。
Skills专业技能：
*University undergraduates who have the passion to learn & grow with the organization through on job practice; 本科学历，具备学习的热情，在工作中成长
*Strong analytical skills and commercial sense; 具备优秀的分析能力及商业意识
*Proven numerical agility;具备数字敏感度
