General Management Early Career Leadership Program:

The general management track is perfect for someone who aspires to lead others in a holistic business capacity, managing multi-functional teams and making the decisions that drive a business division forward. In this program, personally sponsored by our CEO, you will experience three areas within our business: sales, operations and product management. Understanding the business from these different perspectives will fast track your career path toward becoming a general manager (GM), allowing you to end your first three years with an understanding of the entire supply chain, from R&D and production to end-users. Your final role will be in our product management department. Our product line managers are viewed as “mini” GMs; they’re expected to work cross-functionally to understand Belden products, markets and customers. The ideal candidate for this program is someone with a technical and business background.

Pre-requisites:

-Passionate, driven, enthusiastic individuals who are motivated to deliver in new and challenging environments
-Bachelor’s degree or above with systems engineering, business administration or similar major
-Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
-Demonstrate leadership aptitude with the desire to build a career in a general management role
-At least two relevant internships, or less than one year working experience is required

Positions within the General Management Early Career Leadership Program will be based in Suzhou.
