岗位职责 Job Responsibilities:
- 根据IS026262进行硬件开发，并且严格遵从研发流程包括相关流程文件和基础设施；
  Hardware development based on ISO26262: Further, follow R&D processes including related procedure documents and infrastructure;
- 利用DFMEA,DFC研发机制管理来寻求理想的设计方案；
  Utilize engineering disciplines including DFMEA, DFC to develop robust design solutions;
- 分析并支持解决硬件开发中的问题及客户抱怨；
  Support, analyze and find out solutions to customer complaints of Hardware components;
- 负责硬件图表、WCCA& layouts的设计和研发；
  Be responsible for the design and development of hardware schematics, WCCA and layouts;
- 分析并排除电子系统的电路故障。
  Analyze and troubleshoot electronics system.

岗位要求Job Requirements:
- 全日制本科及以上学历；专业：车辆工程类、电子电气类、软硬件类、机械类、自动化、信息工程及材料类等；
  Bachelor degree or above. Major: Vehicle engineering, electronic and electrical, software and hardware, machinery, automation, information engineering, materials and etc.;
- 掌握英语或德语听说读写技能，能用外语进行日常工作交流；
  With basic skill of English or German; can communicate with foreign language in daily work;
- 具有学习力，执行能力，沟通能力和理解能力；
  With learning ability, executive ability, communication skills and understanding ability;
- 具备优良的思想品德，并能够认同公司经营理念和核心价值观；
  With good moral characters, identify with company’s managing concept and core values;
- 工作积极认真、热情、有责任心。
