Job Summary
System Quality Engineer support project teams within quality related topics of Simultaneous Engineering. The overall target is to realize a preventive quality assurance starting from acquisition phase to Start of Production of the Customer. As a System/HW Engineer you have the chance to be included in many different customer projects with even different products and different topics related to System& HW Engineering, Quality management & methods, Project Management, Failure analysis, Customer Claim handling or Production. The target responsible product is: Airbag and Wheel Speed Sensor.
Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities for target product Airbag and Wheel Speed Sensor.
Project Management: support the Project Manager regarding the planning of different work packages and milestones in order to have a SOP in time.
Engineering: support and review the Engineering team from Requirements Analysis via Implementation within the System & Hardware to the Validation (V-model)
Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP): support the team for the performance of different Quality Gates and the release of samples
Launch Management: support to ensure that the Bosch Launch as well as Customer Launch at the production line is prepared well
Preventive Quality Assurance: support the team to prevent failure already during the development phase by participating e.g. FMEAs (Failure method effect Analysis)
Problem Solving: support the team as 8D coach to identify the right root cause and define effective measures in a structured way
Risk Management: support the team to identify/ calculate and record the risk of an already known problem in a right and understandable way for the management
Lessons Learned: Get in contact with other divisions and plants worldwide in order to learn from their experience or failures
Quality related Process Improvement: Support the organization to improve continuously in order to save costs, time and/or achieve a better quality (for HW or System related topics)
Qualifications
University bachelor degree in Engineering background (Hardware related or Industrial Engineering) ;
Understanding development lifecycle process (V-model);
Q-methods : Knowledge ofQuality methods like FMEA, 8D;
Good English Communication.
