岗位职责 Job Responsibilities:
- 支持建立和完善企业质量保证体系，及企业质保体系的贯标认证工作；
Support in establishment and certification of quality systems and authentication of quality system;
- 参与制定公司内部体系审核和过程审核及整改措施进行协调和跟踪；
Participate in planning of internal audit and process audit, coordinate and follow up measure to rectify and reform;
- 参与协调第二方和第三方体系审核，及组织纠正措施的制定及跟踪验证；
Participate in coordination of 2nd and 3rd party system audit, coordination and follow up measure to rectify and reform;
- 负责新项目的质量策划，按照顾客要求提交APQP文件；
In charge of quality planning of new project and submitting APQP documents according to customer’s requirements;
- 对新项目和重大过程更改项目进行产品过程批准，组织纠正措施的制定并进行跟踪验证。
Carry out process approval to new project and important process alteration, organize to formulate correct measure and follow up implementation.
岗位要求Job Requirements:
- 全日制本科及以上学历；专业：车辆工程类、电子电气类、软硬件类、机械类、自动化、信息工程及材料类等；
Bachelor degree or above. Major: Vehicle engineering, electronic and electrical, software and hardware, machinery, automation, information engineering, materials and etc.;
- 掌握英语或德语听说读写技能，能用外语进行日常工作交流；
With basic skill of English or German; can communicate with foreign language in daily work;
- 具有学习力，执行能力，沟通能力和理解能力；
With learning ability, executive ability, communication skills and understanding ability;
- 具备优良的思想品德，并能够认同公司经营理念和核心价值观；
With good moral characters, identify with company’s managing concept and core values;
- 工作积极认真、热情、有责任心。
