Job Summary

Software Quality Engineer within Development

Job Responsibilities

Lead the software quality assurance activities in projects including:
- moderate and rate the software project review
- perform the process compliance check
- evaluate the risk management
- approval for project quality plan and process tailoring

Coach and monitor 8D team, problem solving activities for the definition of corrective and preventive measures

Cooperation in global SW-quality activities such as definition of central directives, introduction of industry standards (e.g. ASPICE, ISO26262 etc.);

Develop and optimize the software development and application process in co-operation with sw engineering organization, taking into account the existing processes, customer -specific requirements and local strategy; 
Offer trainings including software PPQA process, quality methodology to engineering team; 

Distribute regular summary report to associates and management for continuous quality improvement;

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above in engineering background;

Experience of engineering of Requirement Management;

Strong abilities on analytical problem solving andconstructive thinking;
Self-motivation and willing to take

responsibility;
Good at communication, and co-operation with others;

Good English communication.
