岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
- 客户订单管理、均衡生产计划、供应商绩效管理；
Customer order management，production plan levelling, supplier performance management;
- 基于生产需求，设置合理的安全库存；
Set up reasonable safety stock based on product requirements;
- 发起或执行价值流改善项目；
Initiate supply chain lean project;
- 控制并优化运费及相关费用。
Control and optimize supply chain cost.

岗位要求Job Requirements:
- 本科或以上学历，专业不限；
Bachelor degree or above;
- CET-6级以上，出色的英文书写及口语能力；
Fluent English both in spoken and written, CET6 or above;
- 良好的沟通表达能力，具有灵活性，善于解决问题；
   Communication ability with people, Flexibility and good problem solving skills;
- 乐于接受挑战，快速学习；
   Willingness to take challenges, fast learning;
- 较强的组织协调能力，关注细节，具有团队合作精神。
   Team player with good organization and coordination skills, attention to details.
