岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
- 总体职责：确保生产设备和制造工艺的稳定性和可靠性, 为生产线的正常运行提供优质服务；
  Overall responsibility: Provide excellent service to production lines for smooth production by ensuring the reliability and stability of equipment and process;
- 分析并消除设备主要问题，评估设备状况，发现潜在设备运行风险并改进,降低故障时间；
  Eliminate the main problems of process issue, evaluate and take prevention actions for potential risks to reduce production downtime;
- 负责改善和提高设备工艺的稳定性和可靠性，达成部门的目标。与TEF和生产一起，对设备维护的保养质量进行确认和提出改善。维修成本控制；
  Responsible for improving equipment reliability and stability to achieve the KPI target. Implement the preventative maintenance activity with TEF and production team, confirm and improve the maintenance quality. Maintenance cost control;
- 统计分析相关生产信息: 停机记录,故障记录等,并负责从技术角度出发,开展对作业流程和质量进行持续改善的活动；
  Making statistical analysis from daily operation: Breakdown record, failure code, and initiate the improvement process from standpoint of manufacturing process or quality;
- 主导/参与相关的精益生产项目；
  Leading/participating the relevant BPS projects;
- 负责技术员相关岗位的培训和评估。
  Responsible for production technician training and evaluation according to the position competence requirement.

岗位要求Job Requirements:
- 理工类本科或以上学历，机械/工业工程、工业自动化，或汽车相关专业优先；
  Bachelor degree or above in engineering or science, prefer mechanical/industrial engineering automation, and automotive related;
- 具有冲压，气动/液压测试，统计质量控制等知识经验者优先；
  Knowledge of Staking, pneumatic/hydraulic testing, and statistical quality control preferred;
- 熟悉计算机和办公自动化软件操作, 有Matlab/Minitab等数据分析经验者优先；
  Computer literate in MS – office – applications，Matlab/Minitab experience as plus;
- 积极主动，优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
  Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit;
- 英语听说读写流利；
  English written and verbal;
- 积极融入并在国际化的团队中发挥作用。
  Willingness to work and interact in international teams.
