岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
- Design future: You develop the innovative system of highly automated driving;
- Creativity and freedom: You define the concepts of SW integration, integration tests, SW tools and the collaboration model with customers;
- Assume responsibility: You coordinate and manage the SW integration, configuration management and integration tests with AUTOSAR tools;
- Reliability: You integrate company and customer software modules and create the software of control devices for multi-sensors/multi-cores driver assistance systems;
- Structured work: You put the software in different simulation environments and prototypes into operation and perform the error analysis;
- Cooperation: You coordinate appointments with worldwide Bosch development departments, internal and external suppliers and our customers.

岗位要求Job Requirements:
- 硕士或以上学历，计算机、软件及相关专业；
  Master degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent;
- CET-6级以上，出色的英文书写及口语能力；
  Excellent English in both spoken and written, CET6 above;
- Experience in SW integration and integration tests in embedded systems with AUTOSAR methods, C/C++, Linux, Continuous Build/Test, knowledge of embedded software development for multi-cores ASIL-D systems is an advantage;
- 良好的沟通表达能力，具有灵活性，善于解决问题；
  Communication ability with all levels of people and Flexible, good problem solving skills;
- 较强的组织协调能力，关注细节，具有团队合作精神；
  Team player with good organization and coordination skills, attention to details;
- 高度的责任心，工作积极主动，善于合理分配时间。
  Pro-active, high sense of responsibility, excellent time management skills.
