岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
- 测试制定和验证ED&SG产品；
Test planning and Validation of ED&SG products;
- 建立测试标准,在博世的规范下参照客户要求进行试验；
Build up test standard and perform test according customer request under consideration of the Bosch Standards;
- 进行测试顺序的安排和测试结果的文档管理；
Performing test sequence and documentation of test results;
- 掌控测试全过程，包括定义测试计划；评估产品技术规格，成本询价和分析，样品计划，品质保证；
Supervising test activities, such as Test Schedule planning ,Evaluate specifications, Cost enquiry and analysis, Sample planning，Quality assurance;
- 参加测试评估并完成测试相关文件；
Participate during the testing evaluation and finalize testing documentation;
- 给供应商提供技术支持；
Support of technical release of suppliers;
- 应用统计学测试方法；
Application of statistical testing methods;
- 与客户的技术支持和沟通的联系人; 客户应用测量。
Technical support of and interface to our customer; customer application measurement.

岗位要求Job Requirements:
- 本科或以上学历，机械/电子及相关专业；
Bachelor mechanical/ electrical;
- CET-4级以上，出色的英文书写及口语能力；
Excellent English in both spoken and written, CET4 above;
- Experienced in using PC office software and Auto-CAD;
- 良好的沟通表达能力，具有灵活性，善于解决问题；
Communication ability with all levels of people and Flexible, good problem solving skills;
- 较强的组织协调能力，关注细节，具有团队合作精神；
Team player with good organization and coordination skills, attention to details;
- 高度的责任心，工作积极主动，善于合理分配时间。
Pro-active, high sense of responsibility, excellent time management skills.
