岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
- 协助大客户部门经理,维护现有的大客户关系。统计并填写集采客户需要的月报表;
Assist KAM, maintain current KA relationship, statistic and fill in monthly report as customer needs;
- 协助大客户经理进行投标文件的准备和制作;
Assist KAM to prepare and make bidding documents;
- 房地产市场数据收集与分析;
Data collection and analysis of real estate market;
- 与各区域销售人员进行沟通。每月统计大客户的全国项目进展情况,并进行分析;
Communicate with Sales, statistic and analysis KA national project progress;
- 工作满两年后转为大客户销售。
The position will be turned KA sales in two years.
岗位要求Job Requirements:
- 本科及以上学历,建筑环境与设备工程、暖通、机械工程或相关工科专业;
Bachelor degree or above, major in Building Environment and Equipment Engineering, HVAC*, Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent Majors;
- CET-6级以上,英语听说读写流利;
English written and verbal;
- 办公软件Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word),AutoCAD;
- 积极主动,优秀的沟通能力、和团队合作精神;
Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit;
- 具有分析和创造性思维;
Analytical and Creative Thinking;
- 乐于承担责任,推动事情向前发展,值得信赖。
