岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
- 负责工业4.0及互联产品的软件开发，包括构架的设计与实施；
  Product development for Internet of Things and Industry 4.0, responsible for backend software development, including architecture design and implementation;
- 负责过程仿真，信号处理，特征提取，算法实现等软件的开发与应用；
  Responsible for the software development of process simulation, signal processing, feature extraction, algorithm implementation;
- 负责软件应用过程中的配置，调试与释放；
  Configuration, commissioning and release of software in production location;
- 基于PC的网络与云交互的开发；
  Development of PC based Software for network and cloud interaction;
- 最新工业4.0及互联技术的收集与跟踪，并快速应用于创新项目的原型；
  Technology scouting in area of IoTS and I4.0, and implementation in fast prototype for innovation projects;
- 负责软件项目的开发流程，包括计划，技术变更，测试，释放，质量管理和风险管理；
  Fulfill SW development process, including schedule planning, change management, SW testing, review and release, quality gates, risk management; 
- 以质量、成本和交期为导向。
  Contribute to and Drive activities to achieve quality cost and delivery targets.

岗位要求Job Requirements:
- 软件、自动化等相关专业的本科及以上学历；
  Bachelor degree or above in software, automation or related;
- Visual studio, Matlab，或者Labview等相关软件的熟练开发应用背景，以及网络后台编程能力（如Java, Node.js或相关）和数据库能力（如MySQL, MongoDB）；
  Good knowledge of visual studio, Matlab or Labview,and network backend programming( e.g Java, Node.js, or similar)，database (eg. MySQL, MongoDB);
- 熟练的英语读写能力；
  Fluent in English (spoken and written);
- 自我激励与独立的工作能力。
  Self-motivated and independent working capability. 
Nice to have:
- 云开发经验（IaaS, PaaS）或基于Android/IOS的APP开发经验；
  Experiences in cloud development ( IaaS, PaaS) or App programming on;
- 德语。
  German language skills.
