岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
- 负责销售项目的实施和协调项目团队完成项目目标；
Responsible for project implementation and coordination with project team to achieve project target;

- 根据客户的需求制定项目计划；
To review customer requirements and make project plan based on customer and internal resource with other team members;

- 根据项目量产的时间协调项目团队并制定工作流程；
To define work process and make project work package with project team based on project start to SOP;

- 建立项目团队并及时安排项目会议以沟通项目进展；
To build up project team and organize project meetings and implement and update progress plan;

- 与内外部的同事一起沟通解决项目里面遇见的问题；
To communicate and solve problems with external and internal, follow up and close open lists;

- 为销售提供支持。
To provide acquisition support to sales (RFQ, Pre-selling, Technical discussion) and evaluate quotation progress and approval.

岗位要求Job Requirements:
- 本科或者以上学历，工程，机械相关的专业；
Bachelor degree or above with engineering, mechanical, industry engineering related major;

- 熟悉项目管理相关知识；
Project management knowledge;

- 熟练的英文中文沟通技巧。
Good communication in Mandarin & English.
