Job Description：
> Assist PM to achieve the project goals and expectations on technical issues
> Communicate with OEM/ Tier1 on tech requirements
> Create specifications if necessary
> Support the production line (Q-gate2)
> Define sub-project goals, suggestion team members
> Monitor development results, quality, and costs
> Define& allocate work package within sub-projects
> Ensure all documentation are done by TS16949 rules
> Project coordination in respect of trial batch
> Report and communicate to the PM
> Fulfill other tasks arranged by superiors

Job Requirement：
> Bachelor's degree or above, major in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering or other related
> Knowledge in polymer processing
> Knowledge about FMEA/ APQP/PPAP/Process audit system
> Experience in Automotive industry is preferred
> Good communication skills
> Result-orientation
> Good command of both oral and written English
