Job Description：
> Over-inspection of semi-products according to control plans
> Block the nonconform product effectively according to nonconform procedure
> Take necessary action to inform production to stop machine to avoid nonconform material go to next process
> Take necessary action, check the traceability and block suspicious product to avoid the quality accident expand
> Over-inspection of process according to control plans
> Execute spc data collection according to control plan
> Take necessary action for nonconform process and inform production to stop machine to ensure good product quality
> Follow the nonconform process and report to supervisor
> Check whether the scrap amount consistent with production record
> Report to supervisor if any inconsistent
> Follow and feedback the result according to shift change record
> Summarize monthly the nonconform process and report to supervisor
> Participate the quality improvement
Job Requirement：
> Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical, Chemical or other related
> QMS standards knowledge (control plan, JES, CHECK LIST)
