                                       HSBC GSC China Management Trainee Program 2018

To meet the rapid growth of HSBC Global Service Centre China, there is a need to develop and strengthen a local management team with appropriate experience and expertise to support its business strategy. The MT program is a structured development program for 24 months aimed at recruiting and grooming home grown talent to take up leadership positions.

Program Content

? A 24-month structured development program aimed to attract and harness the potential of talented individuals to become future leaders of HSBC

Executive Mentor

? A senior member of the management team will act as mentor of the trainee throughout the program

Tailor made development plan

? Exposure on varies job placements and strategic projects in HSBC which is tailor-made based on your individual strength and aspiration

Requirement

? High potential graduate less than 1-year work experience

? Bachelor/Master degree in any discipline

? Excellent language capability in English and Chinese

? Financial Institutions experience is a plus

? Accept foreigners
