Your mission: 工作内容: 1、Input customer orders in ERP system, confirm delivery time with customer, follow up orders 录入订单。在ERP系统里输入客户订单。及时和客户确认交期。跟进订单(或合同) 2、Prepare deliveries: according to customer delivery time make delivery in ERP system, familiar with customer delivery requirements 发货。根据客户的交货期在ERP系统做发货,熟悉客户的发货 要求,做到发货及时和准确 3、Help sales representative to del with after-sales service such as goods returns or exchange and customer complains 协助销售处理必要的售后服务工作,如退货,换货,客户投诉等 4、Communicate and confirm with customer before invoicing 对账。在开具发票前与客户进行沟通和确认 5、Account receivable: make sure the company is paied by customer 催账。协助销售及时催回应收款项 6、Handle some customer informations and documents 完成一些必要的资料整理工作 Your profil: 职位要求: Familiar with some office software like Word, Excel, Outlook, … Good communication and problem solving skills.
