管理培训生 Management Trainee

职位描述

The Management Trainee Program will provide young talents with an exciting opportunity upon which to accelerate their career at GymboGlobal.

Successful candidates will receive on-going trainings, coaching and mentoring while working on real projects（Marketing/Sales projects and team management projects）.

The high-performing Management Trainees will be given the chance to fast track their careers to management positions across a broad range of business areas.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Gaining a basic understanding of business Procedures

2.Gaining a basic understanding of the scope and size of the China early education marketplace and how it operates

3.Daily support for the center operation

4.Project follow up

5.Support the Center Director as assistant

6.Support the business explore and the New Center opening

The Academic Management Trainee Program will provide young talents with an exciting opportunity upon which to accelerate their career at GymboGlobal.

Successful candidates will receive on-going trainings, coaching and mentoring while working on real projects. Precious insight will be attained as they become an integral part of a leading team working alongside with a diverse group of talented professionals.
