Job description工作岗位描述:
Administration行政:
1. Responsible for visitors reception, Air/train ticket booking, hotel reservation, Pick-up arrangement, meeting room arrangement and so on. 负责来宾接待:机/车票预订、接送车辆安排、酒店预订、会议室的安排等。
2. Procurement of office supplies, Lunch allowance, Express delivery . 负责公司后勤工作,包括:办公用品的采购、每月员工餐费补贴申请、公司邮件快递的接送等。
3. Contract and documents file up and translation, management.做好材料收集、合同档案管理、文书起草翻译、文件收发等工作。
4. Management team visa application, invitation letter,etc. 负责人员出入境签证办理、邀请信制作申请等。
5. Telecommunication & mobile phone and IT hardware order and connection固定电话、移动通信业务办理、IT软件、硬件订购。
6. Keep the office property safe, sanitary and clean保持办公室物业安全、卫生、干净。
7. Other administrative tasks assigned by supervisor 其他上级安排的行政工作。
HR人事:
1. Responsible for employees social insurance 、salaries、personal income tax(if required). 负责员工社保缴纳、工资计算、个税申报等(如需)。
2. Responsible for the reception of the interview, new staff attendance procedures负责接待面试人员、新进员工入职的手续。
3. Printed staff hand book, name card. 制作印制员工守则、手册、名片等事宜定。
4. Employee attendance and annual leaving员工考勤、假期登记。
5. Personnel file management (if necessary)人事档案管理(如需)。
Requirement 要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above,Graduated from English大学本科学历或以上;英语专业毕业。
2. Excellent command in written and spoken English. 优秀的英语听说读写能力。
3. Graduating students or working less than two years, Male and female are not limited. Follow the arrangement and be able to travel and work in different location. 应届毕业生或毕业二年以内,男女不限。听从安排、能适应出差和不同地点工作环境。
4. Independent minded、self-confidence and strong communication skills. 有主见、自信、较强的沟通能力。
