Overall responsibility:
The Research Executive is part of the Client Service team. Their primary responsibility is to work with senior manager in maintaining and developing relationship with existing clients and running projects. They are developing their skills in key areas but operating under supervision from the senior people on the accounts on which they work.
Required Competency/Skills:
· At least 0-1 years’ experience in Client Service
· Proven marketing (research) knowledge
· Proven knowledge of products and philosophy
· Solid analytical skills
· Developing ability to build up strong client relationship
· Attention to detail and accuracy (oversee the production and deliver quality outputs
· Project management – takes full ownership of projects with the end objective of ensuring smooth running of the logistic of accounts
· Confidence in data analysis independently, writing specifications with guidance
· Strong communications skills
· Fluent (verbal and written) in English and [Local Language] essential
· Cultural awareness
