Internship Allowance:实习津贴：
The first month to three month is RMB 1,700 , after three months is RMB 1,900 .After six months is same as permanent team members (above RMB 2,300).
实习前三月1700元每月，后三月1900元每月，6个月后与正式工薪资同步。
